Lakeland lifestyle is a company created by me - Helen Smith, it is partnered by my husband Alister. The main aim of this site is to make you feel comfortable with different health and weight management issues. We realise there are millions of sites like this on the internet, all offering different products or services so what's the difference? We are a family run company, with the support from an internationally renowned company in now 65 countries around the world, our mission is to change people's lives, honestly, ethically and to focus on our customers to provide a totally tailor-made service for each individual.

My family and I are a product or our products, we use them all each day and our family life is very much centred on the Herbalife way of life.

Alister was the first to use the products, he was looking to lose some weight and had used roughly every product and diet there is on the market, within the first few weeks he noticed an improvement in his shape but also his energy levels, I also began using the products, not necessarily to lose weight, but I was unwell a lot of the time, I had no energy and generally felt low. I too noticed a drastic improvement in my energy and my shape began to feel more like it should, the children joined us by using the Aloe Vera products, as they both had dry, sensitive skin, the hypoallergenic products were very suitable for them. Our biggest challenge came 6 weeks later as Alister had a serious accident, he is a firm believer that the products have helped him tremendously as by continuing to get the correct nutrition daily, his recovery has been helped, I also believe that had it not been for Herbalife, I may not have found the energy to continue the every day challenges we have faced since the accident.
